Something has ended. What comes next hasn’t begun yet.

Maybe you’ve moved to another country. Maybe a relationship has ended, or the life you built no longer fits who you are. The space in between can be disorienting, and lonely. I know it from the inside — I’ve started my life over more than once.

My story

I’ve started my life over more than once.

My working life began a long way from psychology.

  1. The first beginning

    Kyiv

I’m from Kyiv. I studied economics at the Kyiv Polytechnic Institute, then spent many years in communications and event management.

On paper, the work was about organisation. In practice, it was always about people: bringing them together, listening closely, creating experiences that meant something to them.

  2. The second

    Milan

Ten years ago I moved to Italy. A new country, a new language, a master’s degree in Communication at the University of Milan — and a working life to build again.

Living between countries, cultures and professional worlds has become part of who I am. It shaped many of the themes I work with today.

  3. The third

    Now

Then I began again, in a new direction. I completed a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, and I’m now in the second stage of my training in Gestalt therapy.

For years my work was about bringing people together. It is still about people — one at a time, and much closer.

You don’t need to have lived what I have for me to understand you.

But I know how much it takes to begin again — and that it can be done.

How I work

I won’t hand you ready-made answers.

You know your life, and what you need, better than anyone. What’s hard is seeing it clearly while you’re inside it. That’s where another person can help.

I work in the Gestalt approach. In practice, that means we pay attention to what is happening here and now: what you feel, what you notice in your body, what you think and want, and how you relate to other people — me included.

Together we slow down and look: at the patterns you repeat, at the moments you lose contact with yourself, at what keeps getting in the way of the life and relationships you want. Sometimes I’ll reflect back something you hadn’t noticed. Sometimes I’ll help you find the words. Sometimes I’ll simply stay with you while something is hard to face.

The paradoxical theory of change

Change rarely begins by forcing yourself to become someone else. It begins when you notice — and accept — what is actually happening in you right now. What becomes conscious becomes a choice.

Understanding is only part of it. Between us, you can try something new: say what you usually hold back, set a boundary and see it respected, be vulnerable without being rejected, respond differently and find out what happens next. Little by little, that experience goes with you into everyday life.

Not just learning something new about yourself, but experiencing yourself differently.

What we can work on

People often come to me in the middle of a change.

Starting over

  • Immigration and adapting to a new environment
  • Living between cultures
  • Periods of transition and major life changes
  • Breakups and changes in personal life

With yourself

  • Self-esteem and your relationship with yourself
  • Anxiety, loneliness and emotional tension
  • Identity and finding your place in life
  • Difficult choices and decision-making

Relationships

  • Romantic and interpersonal relationships
  • Difficulty building and keeping relationships

It doesn’t have to fit a list. Often, the question you arrive with opens the door to something deeper.

We can explore that together.

Let’s talk

I believe people can change, and create their lives differently.

Not because there is a universal formula for a happy life, but because each of us can come to know ourselves more deeply, notice our habitual ways of meeting the world, and gradually discover new possibilities.

Sometimes we need someone alongside us to do it. I’d be glad to walk part of the way with you.

The first step is a conversation.

Choose a time that suits you. You don’t need to know yet what to say.
